png;base649428230b32550beeAdRoll launched our diversity club, OneRoll, in June 2014 in our New York office. This year we started a chapter for our San Francisco headquarters, with plans to expand to EMEA very soon.

OneRoll promotes and encourages a more diverse environment within AdRoll by focusing on three core areas:

  • Hiring: Contributing to hiring initiatives geared toward establishing a more diverse workplace through the participation and attendance of industry-relevant recruiting events.
  • Community outreach: Building a stronger connection with a more diverse customer base and external community.
  • Workplace Development: Continuing to develop an inclusive workplace by raising awareness through cultural and historical excursions.

OneRoll launched a speaker series to start a dialogue within AdRoll and the wider tech industry on how to build businesses with diversity at its foundation. The first installment of the series, Making the Business Case for Diversity, featured LaFawn Bailey (eBay), Angela Benton (NewMe Accelerator), and Kimberly Bryant (Black Girls Code) to share their experiences on championing diversity in tech.
