It’s been a big year at AdRoll! From new products and new offices to new additions to the AdRoll family, here are some of our favorite highlights from 2015:

We kicked off our partnership with sister high school June Jordan this year through Circle the Schools, an initiative that pairs tech companies with local San Francisco public schools to introduce students to opportunities in tech. Starting in the spring with classroom visits and pre-exam breakfast parties, we deepened our relationship this summer when ten June Jordan students joined us for internships at AdRoll over the course of 8 weeks.

February was a big month for AdRoll around the globe. Our Sydney office celebrated it’s first birthday in our new (and envy-inspiring) office overlooking Sydney Harbour, and (drum-roll!) we launched AdRoll Japan with a team of industry all-stars.

In March, AdRoll executives defied gravity when participating in Outward Bound California’s City Skyline Challenge #FearlessLadyLeaders, the largest gathering of female rappellers in SF history, to help promote and highlight women leaders across tech.

It was a big year for AdRoll’s diversity club, OneRoll. In April, we hosted two back-to-back speaker series featuring leading entrepreneurs to start a dialogue on how to build businesses with diversity at the foundation. Throughout the year, OneRoll has continued to play a huge part in promoting and encouraging a more diverse and inclusive environment within the company through hiring, community outreach, and workplace development initiatives.

May heralded a number of cultural awards we’re proud to highlight (why not share them again?), with AdRoll being named to Fortune’s Top 10 Workplaces in Advertising and Marketing, Fortune’s Best Places to Work for Millennials, and SF Business Times Best Places to Work, for the third year running.

“Culture eats everything else for breakfast.”

June started the summer off with a bang with the introduction of AdRoll Prospecting and the IntentMap. Our latest product has been built to work alongside AdRoll Retargeting to address the entire customer lifecycle from awareness to conversion. AdRoll Prospecting is an entirely new way to do customer acquisition, helping marketers find new, high-intent customers that are in-market to buy a particular product or service.

In July, we hosted our first ever Retargetopia: an event for growing business leaders interested in diversifying their marketing strategy. Retargetopia 2015 was an opportunity for customers to meet on-site with optimization specialists, share industry best practices, build new things, and meet new peers.

We kept the summer heat sizzling with the announcement of AdRoll for Instagram Beta in August. Instagram is one of the largest untapped premium inventory sources available, with over 300 million global users. For AdRoll, the integration with Instagram highlights our commitment to continue providing customers with early access to emerging inventory sources and technologies.

With the new Beta, marketers can integrate seamlessly into Instagram feeds, engaging users with their own beautiful content and driving them to action.

September kept the integration train rolling, with major partnerships including Marketo, Mailchimp, and Shopify (among others). These partnerships support our efforts to help customers expand the reach of existing campaigns, making full use of data they’re already collecting.

This year’s new integrations, like AdRoll for Shopify, allow marketers to reach audiences more intelligently across devices on the web, mobile, and social media.

October crowned a new reigning champion of the annual #AdRollDogShow: Walter the Corgi.

Meanwhile, Aviva continues her 2-year reign as AdRoll’s Halloween Costume Champion…. (and King of Pop).

Said Aviva: “I always knew my uncanny resemblance to Michael Jackson would pay off at some point!”

In November we released BidIQ Chopin, the latest version of our proprietary bidding algorithm. Like a master composer relentlessly perfecting a symphony, AdRoll is continuously improving our bidding algorithm, BidIQ, to deliver pitch perfect results for customers. With Chopin, we’ve increased click-through-rates by 39% and lowered CPCs by 35% on average.

By December, our offices worldwide were infected by a rampant case of holiday cheer…A yearly infection known as “the deckoning” has rapidly spread through the office, making decor more festive, smilies cheerier and hugs warmer:

All in all, it’s been a wonderful year, 2015! Thanks to all our customers, partners, family, and friends, that helped make it so.
